Vallectric Complaints. You are not alone

Did Vallectric consult you on its ugly lighting and left cracks and holes?  Have they left craters and pits near your home with exposed electrical wiring and pools of water? Are you being made to pay for it? Some estates they have blended the colour white into the ceiling others have black strips like a prison. They are not security lights, they let people know your location as they burn brighter when you walk past so people can sometimes tell who has come in or out of which property.

JeJenny Lucas pretends to be caring then lies and intimidates people. threatening to cut off people's electrics. something that is highly illegal. Bullying and blackmailing people. There have been claims that they came to people doors to do works and not getting replies or gaining access when the person is at home. Have you experienced this?

 

Leaseholders have complained of the "Extortionate Major Works costs and ongoing Service Charges" "These works are not necessary and does not add any value to the property" Do you feel they are unfair.? Please let us know.

We have had reports of  a tenant at 60 Pert Close found Dead on May 31st 2018 with electric cut off and only left with cold water, No heating, no gas, no fridge, no internet and no means to charge phone to ask for help. People are being treated as if we are nothing.
