Barnet Homes ,or  Barnet Group is refusing to carry out decent repairs to our homes using bullying tactics on tenants. When they  carry out shoddy works, leaving the place in disrepair outside and inside it affects environment,  people living there, the feel of the place and brings down value of the area. The council are forcing some to live in damp and mould addled properties for years while human beings' health slowly deteriorates. Some educated people believing this is normal to have a bit of damp and mould and even hear the sound of drainage meant for outside, going through a person's bedroom. Being told "Oh it's like that for everybody" or "This a result of poor ventilation" or making out that the person is dirty. You are not dirty! Michael Arimoro Operations inspector and his Manager Martin Drapestomania   Drakeford and the rest of the council are dirty.  Ede Theadore the Housing manager who I'm told lies and bullies tenants. This is due to their poor housing standards. Then trying to pretend it is your standards that are at fault. Listening to the sound of people who where once healthy, now with serious respiratory illnesses, seeing others health deteriorate and wondering when you'll be next.  We are people and these are our homes and  there are supposed to be standards. As landlords they have a duty to ensure health and safety of their residents.  They have been using this to bully and abuse people instead.  Even looking at people in their homes to intimidate them.

Don't let them get away with it. some people are complaining about pipes that are leaking for years and told not to repair it because they are mad, roofs dripping with electrical light fittings around and some even with neighbours faeces and waste water coming through pipes in their bedroom, peoples' homes with the smell of sewage. Implying that their mad and not to repair it.  The council has been winding people up till they end up loosing it. Even if they had health conditions that they were managing before. They are making us people sick or sicker. 

We are people we all deserve to have our human rights upheld. Countless other cases of abuse of our right to live in decent homes and a decent standard of living. A decent standard of living is our right. Also both tenants and leaseholders pay a service charge they have been trying to divide us up for years.   I am an ordinary person I am not a politician.  I know about people being subversively and overtly threatened with eviction and other blackmails. so they won't fight for their rights. 

Some people who have fought the council hard,  stand up to them have been given some money & their repairs done plus damp proofing, both tenants and lease holders but others not. Don't let them pass the buck and cheat you!

Aren't you fed up of feeling like you are being treated without dignity? Without Human rights?Harassed and abused by people behaving like bullies and despots. Turning up at your door without a call or letter to say they are coming and that they can come their any time they like because they own your property. People who's standards are well below any kind of humane behaviour to even a dog let alone a human. Being left without hot water and heating for months on end. Not being told about works being done in advance. If you were really a homeowner they would have put in a proposal, you consulted properly  and a decision made.  Instead they have us fighting amongst each other. Or them passing the buck and nothing gets done but they still get paid.

Vallectric company (works overseen by Jenny Lucas) who pretended to care then bullied people just to get the work done. Rights to privacy and dignity being viollated. Vallectric  just drilling into walls without letting everyone know in advance. Leaving big holes in walls. Blackmailing people and letting them know if they don't get their works done you will not have your belongings.  Not having a say in what's going and being made to feel like your trash and need to be grateful by most Barnets' contracts (the companies they use to do their works). Barnet homes not even taking your complaints seriously. I have heard reports of vulnerable people being taken in by Barnet using companies like J.A. Thief Steal Steel and sons removal company, to say they are helping you to move furniture and items damaging them dropping them in the street handling your items without care by a couple of very suspect people and then refusing to return them. Managed by a man called Sanjay who you are told will take care of you but then told by their receptionist Eva that he is not dealing with it and you can't have your stuff back after a month in their storage unless you pay them personally. Apparently Barnet Homes is paying for this theft but can't afford to do people's repairs. Did you find JA Steal that they damaged your items and some of there staff aggressive and intimidating. Did you find that you were drinking and bathing in contaminated water? But have don't have resources to pay for an expert to check. Having to find alternative water sources to just be able to drink some clean water in the UK under Barnet Group. Are customer service at Barnet homes rude, abusive insensitive to your needs to say the least? Do you feel bullied in ways hard to explain without the fear of sounding crazy? People blackmailed and made to sound childish and punitive. Always told to shut up and keep quiet, "look at them over there, you are lucky" or "look at them how they have such a better time of it than you do. And all the hardship you have..."We are human beings. They even frightened and threatened some that they would hurt their mum and and get someone to say they had done it to their own parent.

Aren't you tired of being afraid?

THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN COUNCILS ARE ALLOWED TO RUN AMOK! AND WE KEEP QUIET!

                                  How much is yours or your loved-ones  health worth?

How many times do you have to get sick or hurt to realise this is not a coincidence and it is about what they are doing to us and what they are doing to our standards of living. 

Them using divide and conquer tactics to ensure we feel dissatisfied, unhappy, but take it out on each other instead to grouping together and getting our rights as all people.  More or less being told to keep quiet all the time. Or we are just doing our job. Find your social conscious as regards our lives.  Let's not put up with this. Please tell us your story so we can fight this together rather than become sick, sicker or give up all together. we deserve better than this. We deserve a council that will serve our needs  properly.  And we can do it!

The government has a duty of care to maintain health and safety to its citizens. The council and vallectric are middle people and making residents pay for lighting systems they don't need and over inflating the price. whilst stressing people to stay quite. 

​

We as people have a moral obligation to stand up for our own and each others rights.

Will you be brave enough to help us stand up for our rights as people?

 

So to be very very  clear not fighting another group of people but stand collectively stand up for ourselves and our human rights.

I would like to ask a polite question. How is it all these council workers have access to our names and addresses, personal details and we don't know where they all live?

If we knew where they lived and asked them very nicely from top boss to operative worker to Julie and Heshim or  Hesham in Mears. "The way you have done this job, would you do this where you live?" I think their would take personal pride in what they are doing and the work would be alot better. They wouldn't swindle you , cheat you or lie to your face or do rubbish work, as it would be their reputation on the line.

As before when we had villages a skilled worker would be known for their craft and you would know their names and where they lived.  They didn't crap on you and hide behind their desks. Obviously they say nowadays we can't do that as there is so much hate around and people could be targeted unfairly. But it is a thought.

Since this website and putting pressure on vallectric they have filled in some of the big crater holes that they left for months on end. without proper due care to residents and thought about our self and safety. filthy stinking putrid puddles. Thanks to supporters have helped get that sorted quicker.
